Encryption
- All traffic to Peeredly, the messenger and the API uses HTTPS (TLS).
- Secrets such as your identity-verification key are encrypted at rest.
Your messenger, your domains
- Only domains you allow can load your messenger.
- Identity verification (HMAC) stops anyone from impersonating a signed-in customer.
- Visitor sessions use per-visitor tokens that can be revoked.
Co-browsing by design
- Visitors approve every co-browsing session and can end it at any time.
- Password and payment fields are masked in the visitor’s browser before anything is sent.
- Sessions are not recorded or stored.
Access control
- Sign-in through your Aeflow account, with email codes.
- Owner, admin and agent roles; agents only see the inboxes they belong to.
- Remove a teammate and their access ends immediately.
Privacy & GDPR
- Erase a person and all their conversations in one click.
- We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
