Live chat
Live chat that looks like it was built by your own team.
Peeredly’s messenger takes on your brand: colour, launcher, position, greeting, team photos and reply times. It loads from one small async script (under 10 KB gzipped), so your site stays fast.

Pick any brand colour, a launcher icon and label, left or right placement, a greeting and a team intro. See every change in a live preview before you publish it.

- Paid plans remove our branding

Fast for visitors, light on your site
The loader is under 10 KB gzipped and starts after your page. The messenger runs in its own frame, so it never clashes with your CSS or slows your checkout.
- Under 10 KB, async
- Isolated iframe, no CSS clashes
- Works with SPAs and every CMS

Never miss someone who leaves
When nobody’s online, the messenger asks for an email address. Your reply reaches the visitor’s inbox and threads back into the same conversation.

Start talking
Chats land in your shared inbox, on desktop and phone.
Can I remove the “Powered by Peeredly” link?
Yes. Basic, Pro and Enterprise show no Peeredly branding at all. Only the Free plan shows a small link.
Does the chat widget work with React, Next.js or Vue?
Yes. The JavaScript API lets you show, hide, identify and update the messenger from your own code, and it follows route changes in single-page apps.
Can signed-in customers be recognised?
Yes. Call identify with the user’s id and email, signed with your secret key (HMAC), so nobody can pretend to be someone else.
Will it slow down my website?
No. The loader is under 10 KB gzipped, loads asynchronously and only fetches the full messenger after your page is ready.
