How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Pro, with no card. You can use Live Visitors, co-browsing and the AI Assistant from day one. When the trial ends you choose a plan, or the workspace moves to Free and keeps working.
What happens on the Free plan?
Free keeps your messenger, inbox, helpdesk, CRM and analytics running for one person. The messenger shows a small “Powered by Peeredly” link, and Pro features switch off. Your conversations and contacts stay where they are.
What counts as a customer profile?
A contact you know something about: someone who signed in, or left an email address or phone number. Anonymous visitors never count, so traffic spikes don’t push you over a limit.
What if I go over my profile limit?
Nothing is lost. New profiles are still recorded and appear in your CRM as soon as you upgrade.
Is billing per workspace?
Yes. Each workspace has its own plan, so you can keep a side project on Free and your main brand on Pro.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free: Basic is $290 a year and Pro is $790 a year.
Who processes payments?
Peeredly is a product of Aeflow. Plans, payments and invoices are handled by Aeflow Billing, with cards through Stripe or PayPal.
