How many contacts can I store?
Customer profiles (people with an email, phone or sign-in) are 1,000 on Free and Basic, 5,000 on Pro and custom on Enterprise. Anonymous visitors are unlimited and don’t count.
Can I import contacts from my app?
Yes. Call identify from your site with the user’s details and attributes, and the profile stays up to date.
Who owns the data?
You do. We never sell or share your contacts, and you can erase any person completely in one click.
