Privacy Policy

Draft: the legal entity, address and governing law are still to be confirmed. This page is hidden from search engines until they are.

This policy explains how [Aeflow legal entity] (“Aeflow”, “we”) handles personal information for Peeredly (peeredly.com and the Peeredly app, messenger and API). Peeredly is a product of Aeflow.

Two roles

As a controller, we handle information about people who visit peeredly.com, sign up, or use Peeredly as a customer’s teammate.

As a processor, we handle information our customers collect through Peeredly about their own website visitors and customers (for example messages, contact details and page views). Our customers decide what they collect and why; we process it on their instructions under our Data Processing Agreement. If you chatted with a business that uses Peeredly, please contact that business about your data.

What we collect as a controller

  • Account information: name, email address and workspace details, provided through your Aeflow account.
  • Billing information: plan, invoices and billing contact. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we don’t store full card numbers.
  • Usage information: how you use the app, device and browser details, IP address and logs, used to run, secure and improve Peeredly.
  • Communications: messages you send us through the messenger, the contact form or email.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure and support Peeredly, and to bill for it.
  • To send service messages such as trial reminders, invoices and security notices.
  • To improve the product, using aggregated information wherever possible.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use our customers’ data or their visitors’ data for advertising or to train AI models.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payments (Stripe, PayPal) and, when a customer turns on the AI Assistant, an AI model provider that generates answers from that customer’s help articles. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

peeredly.com and the app use cookies that are needed to sign in and keep the service secure. The Peeredly messenger stores a visitor token in the browser so a visitor’s conversation continues across pages and visits.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and security purposes afterwards. Customers control how long their own data stays in Peeredly and can erase any person at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. Email privacy@peeredly.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

International transfers

Where personal information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
