Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026

Draft: the legal entity, address and governing law are still to be confirmed. This page is hidden from search engines until they are.

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and [Aeflow legal entity] (“Aeflow”, “we”) for the use of Peeredly. By creating a workspace or using Peeredly you accept them.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with an Aeflow account. Each workspace has an owner who is responsible for its members, its settings and how it is used. Keep sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.

2. Trial, plans and Free

  • New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Pro plan without payment details.
  • After the trial, a workspace without a paid plan moves to the Free plan, which has lower limits and shows a “Powered by Peeredly” link in the messenger.
  • Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly in advance, through Aeflow Billing. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may exclude tax.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

3. Your content

You own the content you and your visitors put into Peeredly. You give us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your visitors’ data and for telling them how you use it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Peeredly to send spam, to harass or deceive people, to collect sensitive data you have no right to, to break the law, or to probe, overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend workspaces that do.

5. AI features

The AI Assistant generates answers from content you publish. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for the content it draws on and for reviewing how it is used.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Peeredly available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time. If we remove a material feature from a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.

7. Ending

You can stop using Peeredly and delete your workspace at any time. We may end these terms if you materially breach them. After deletion, your data is removed from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal obligations.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Peeredly is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for Peeredly in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law].
